SMS Terms & Opt-Out

Effective June 16, 2026. These terms describe the text-message (SMS) program operated by Four Lines Fiduciary and how to opt in and out.

The program

Four Lines Fiduciary (a practice of Four Lines Capital Management, LLC) offers text messaging to people who contact us, to help with inquiries, scheduling, and updates about the services you request. This is a conversational and service-related messaging program, not a marketing blast.

Eligibility — you must be 18 or older

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to receive text messages from us. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the mobile number you provide is yours.

How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive texts — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our contact or scope form, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message types and frequency

Messages may include replies to your questions, scheduling and appointment information for your free scope or your matter, and service updates. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further texts unless you opt back in. You may also ask us to stop by emailing info.fiduciary@fourlinescapital.com or calling (702) 200-6576.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at info.fiduciary@fourlinescapital.com or (702) 200-6576.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier service availability.

Privacy & no sharing

We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in and consent data are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Please don't text sensitive information

Do not send account numbers, statements, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial details by text. If you engage us, we will set up a separate secure, encrypted channel for documents.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time and will revise the "Effective" date above when we do.
