Four Lines Fiduciary is the trust & estate accounting cleanup practice of Four Lines Capital Management, LLC ("Four Lines Fiduciary," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy applies to fiduciary.fourlinescapital.com and to communications with us.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit our contact or scope form, call, email, or text us, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, the type of matter, roughly how far behind you are, and anything you write in your message.
- Information collected automatically. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that reports aggregate, anonymized usage (such as pages viewed and general region). It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect personally identifying information.
- Communications. If you call, email, or text us, we keep records of those communications to respond and provide our services.
Please do not submit sensitive financial information — such as account numbers, statements, or Social Security numbers — through this website, by email, or by text. If you engage us, we will set up a separate secure, encrypted channel for documents.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule a free scope, and provide a quote.
- To provide, perform, and administer our services if you engage us.
- To send you service-related communications, including by phone, email, and (if you opt in) text message.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website.

Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages related to your inquiry, scheduling, and the services you request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP or contacting us. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, and are excluded from any other information sharing described in this policy.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:
- Service providers who help us operate, such as our form-delivery provider (Formspree), our telephone and messaging provider (Nextiva), our analytics provider (Plausible), and our website host (Fly.io). They may process information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
As noted above, mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
Data security
We use reasonable safeguards — including encrypted intake for engaged clients and least-privilege access — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, which is why we ask you not to send sensitive financial details through this site, email, or text.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices and rights
- Email/phone/text: you can opt out of marketing communications at any time (reply STOP to texts; ask us to stop calling or emailing).
- Access and deletion: you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- California residents (CCPA/CPRA) and Florida residents may have additional rights regarding their personal information, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined). Our analytics are cookieless. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
